closed Installer doesn't run

When i run the installer to try the demo appear a black screen and the win says "xplane installer has stopped working"
closed with the note: The problem is solved

Make sure you have all antivirus software turned off. Double check that your system meets the requirements to run X-Plane. For any further help we will need to see a copy of the installer log.txt from the desktop.

neither xplane 10 demo run. But why i can't paste anything in this section? How can I send you the installer log.

i found the problem: graphic card drivers weren't updated. thanks for help
