Does anyone know how to transform the data.txt file from X-plane, to a graphic?

Anyone knows how to import the data.txt file, to a program and create a graphic with it?

You can record the file by going into Settings > Data Input & Output.

You can get the file by going onto to the X-Plane folder > Master > Data.txt
