After moving my files to another computer, xplane 11 became really slow, Any ideas?

Question

So. My old laptop died, And I moved the files from that laptop to my current laptop. x-plane 11 ran like wonders on it. The specs were 8GB, I5, GT940M. When I moved the files over, And I launched Xp11, The game became unusable slow. My current specs are, as follows.

To add onto this, I am now installing it on steam, But it is being weird, any ideas?
