X-Plane 10 not starting after upgrade to 10.45 using X-Box one controller

Question

I installed Xplane 10 from the DVDs on a freshly installed machine.

The initial Version from the DVDs works fine (10.01)

However always when I update to the recent 10.45 Version over the Internet, X-Plane does not start. It always hangs on some acf file of one of the planes (random) while loading. I will just freeze at the loading Screen, and never stop loading.

System is fresh installed Windows 10 with new Hardware (Gigabyte Radeon R9 Nano graphics Card, Core i7 6700k, 32GB Ram, Gigabyte Gaming 7 Mainboard)

Because System just freezes while starting up there is no error log info (as I am understanding the logfile).

Is there a way to get older updates before the 10.45 Version as a workarond? Is there something else that I can do?

Seemed to be a Problem with my Xbox one elite Controller.

As soon as I disconnect this Controller, X-Plane 10.45 works.

Can I get the Xbox one Controller working with X-Plane 10.45?
