I have tried numerous times to load Disk 1. It was running for more than 4 hours and still wasn't nearly loaded. Also I kept getting an error message saying I don't have permission and did I want to cancel the load? I sent the disks back to the supplier who run tests on the DVD and he said they were fine. He suggested that if I gave you the product key to my disks that you would send me a key to download it off the internet. Is that possible please? I am desperate to play Xplane 11 if only it would load.
