How did you calibrate your controllers within X-Plane? You need to ensure you have deleted any association with the Logitech software. It does not work in X-Plane.
The installation and calibration of the controllers needs to be carried out within X-Plane. No where else. It is known that there will be some deviation of aircraft that will want to "screw" to the left in take off which is controllable (as in real life flying) but not hard left.
