Why doesn’t rudder work on iMac desktop mouse or arrow keys?

using a late model 2015 iMac with Sierra ver 12 and 16gigs.  No rudder control found.  Trying out the demo before purchase. No use buying if it won’t work.  Graphics look great including my crashes.

You don't tell us what devices are trying to use. Or if you assigned the axis correctly.

So no way to know.
