Xplane 11 version 11.05 won’t update to 11.25

Question

I would really appreciate your help with this. After starting X-plane 11 version 11.05 (as purchased on-line) I get the message that a new update to 11.25 is available. When I follow the instructions for the update, and after the installer has scanned the files I receive the message the the current version is up to date. After quitting the programme and starting again once again the same repeats....I have deleted and reinstalled the programme again, without success...

Hi, I would recommend that you try updating via the installer application instead of X-Plane itself. That should be in the main X-Plane directory. Thanks!

not sure for now just click ignore when it wants you to update. it might just be a temporary bug,
