Why does my download of vFlyteAir-SR20 say the .zip file is empty?

Hi all,

I am new to X-Plane 11 and currently working on my private pilot certificate.  I bought and downloaded the vFlyteAir-SR20 (Cirrus SR20 G1000) yesterday but can not extract the .zip file.  I get a notice of "the compressed (zipped) folder is empty" when I try to extract it.  I have successfully downloaded and installed a few addons already.  The properties tab on the file shows Windows Explorer as the opening app.  I have tried deleting and downloading the file again with no luck.  I would appreciate any help.

Hi Ken,

Where did you purchase the software from?  You need to contact the seller.  

If it was from X-Plane.org then you need to contact them.  This forum is associate with Laminar Research at X-Plane.com and has no association with the retail outlet at X-Plane.org
