Mac OS X v. 10.11.6
I am a first time installer. I followed the install instructions for both the demo and the live version (11) and have the same problem. The software goes through its loading process, progress slider moves until it gets to 'Done With Preloading.' Then, I get the pinwheel of death every time.
I would send you my log file, but am not seeing where to send that??
