IVAO-Plugin doesn't appear/work

Question

My Problem:

I have installed ivao 4.0 and ts2. Wenn I start X-Plane their is the message (left corner) loading IvAp, but beginning the flight their is no ivao bar. Pressing the TAB ist unsucessful. In the top menu under plug-ins their is still no ivao plug-in. What could I do? Anyone an idea?

PC/Windows10

XPlane 11 (normal/not Steam/installed on desktop)

I have steam on the PC, but I have tried to disable all processes of steam - same result.

I have tried to install ivao 3.5 instead - same result.

It is possible it is not compatible with x plane 11. It will most likely work in x plane 10. However i dont have x lane 10, so i cannot test it.
