I recently purchased the Airbus A350 Xwb and have no throttle response, all other function operate normally.  My Logitech X56 throttle and joystic combo function on all my aircraft and have been calibrated numerous times.   If I use the keyboard keys F1 and F2 the throttle responds.  If I use a spare Logitech Extreme 3D Pro the throttle responds.  I used the Settings Data Output screen to verify the actual signals going from the throttle to the simulator.  The results showed the Command signal was present and the Actual signal was not.  I performed the same test on another Airbus A330 and both these signals are present when operating the throttle forward.  therefore my main question is this Actual Data Output signal missing the cause of the non responsive throttle on this plane ?

Hi David,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

Have a look at the response I have just provided at https://questions.x-plane.com/21541/logitech-extreme-3d-pro-calibration-with-x-plane-11

Good luck.

Glenn, Thanks for the information provided and I'll keep it for future use.  However the problems I'm experiencing may be beyond the standard calibration procedures.  This Airbus 350 may have a mapping issue in the program that will not allow the throttles and now the brakes to operate in my system.  I have over 25 aircraft and use a Logitech X56 HOTAS Joystick and Throttle combination and have no issues at all.  When I try my spare Logitech Extreme 3D Pro the throttle's work but the brakes continue inop although the brakes and throttle will work with keyboard keys.  My system is made up of a Windows 10 Pc, Intel i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40Ghz,  16.0 GB of RAM  and a GTX1070Ti video card.  I have an open ticket with Flight Factor so let's see what they suggest.

Again thanks for the help

A recent Beta fix by Flight Factor has been posted to the X-Plane Forum that addresses this and other issues affecting the Airbus A350.  The throttle's on my A350 are now operational.  I flew my first flight yesterday and this is a great aircraft.
