Joystick sensibility

Question

I just purchased and installed X Plane 11. Im using Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and just by placing my finger on the joystick the aircraft will roll and dive. Ive done joystick sensitivity and configuration more than 10 times with no difference. This is unflyable. I need to know how to fix this or otherwise need my money back.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

How have you configured the joystick?  You haven't indicated the methodology you have already used.

Any Saitek/logitec hardware has to be configured within X-Plane.  Do not use the software supplied with the joystick.  If you do it will not work. Carry out a complete and total deletion of the saitek software if you have installed it.  It will most likely work with other flight sim packages but not with X-Plane.

Don't even consider configuring the joystick through your operating system.
