I have a new desktop computer running Windows 10 home 64 bit. I installed the demo and needed to calibrate my Gamesir-G4 2.0 joystick. There is no image for the device but it does identify the device or joystick type. When I choose to calibrate, none of the axis bars move after moving and pressing buttons on the joystick. I then attempted to use another usb port on my computer but to no avail. I only have 6 usb ports with my computer and tried each but the issue persists. I made sure that my joystick was powered on so I don't know what is going on with the attempt to calibrate. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dkchamp45,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

How old is your joystick?  What type of USB connection do you have.  Try matching the USB connection and plug into the same type of connection on your new PC eg a USB 2.0 on your joystick matched with a USB 2.0 on your PC.

Try it.  It may work this way but you will still have to do the calibration within X-Plane.

Good luck.
