X-Plane refuses to start after an unsuccessful attempt to link XP11 to GA Panel. It crashes with the following messages from log.txt:

There is probably a second copy of XP11 installed (there isn't)
IPV6 is possibly not activated (it is)
Reboot (did not make any difference)
additionally- Firewall was checked, X.Plane has access

Has anyone else experienced this?
One mistake I may have made - I accidentally defined the transmitting and listening UDP port to be the same number.
As XP11 crashes after the above messages, I cannot get in to change the definition as the configs are seemingly not in a clear text file
