Hi Sebbuz,
Unlike Thomson I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.
Further to Thomson's comment and your response, how have you installed and calibrated the saitek pedals?
What you need to do is dump the saitek software in the bin. The software will work for other shoot-em-up packages or flight simulation packages but not with X-Plane. The setup and calibration has to be performed in X-Plane itself. There is no other way. If you have used the saitek software make sure you use a reliable software removal program/package to delete the software.
Don't even contemplate using your operating system to complete the installation. One of the newer XP11 update benefits is you can setup the pedals for every type of aircraft you run and you will not have to recalibrate for each aircraft.
Have a look at the following link found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hU_TuALAlJk Although Michael discusses the installation of a yoke the methodology for pedals is the same. Michael is "in-the-know" because he custom builds PCs suitable X-Plane and Laminar Research recommends his business as the preferred supplier of PCs suitable for X-Plane.
Good luck.
Glenn
