I tried to do the update. Everything worked until the Install stage. I got the following message:
"An error occurred during update.
Permission denied. Perhaps you do not have access to a directory or file system.
You can continue with the update and attempt to repair the damaged files later, or
you can stop the update and try again later."
I tried stopping the install, but the program won't run. I tried to do another update but got the same message as above. This is completely unacceptable.
