purchase x plane 11

I buy x plane 11 I pay with paypal the week pass, I received nothing, is it normal to wait so long

i have a demo version and he suppose to send me a code

Hi dumour,

I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

If you purchased directly from Laminar Research you need to make direct contact at [email protected] and not raise the problem in this forum. You may need to wait until Monday USA time when the business should be open.

If it was a steam version then contact steam as this forum is for the official original x-plane version from Laminar.  Steam is a 3rd party hybrid with no connection with Laminar.
