Unable to load full flight fuel after upgrade to 11.30r1

Question

after the latest update yesterday (1/27/19) my FF777 will no longer allow fuel fill past 9:36

Prior to this update I was able to load enough fuel for international flights requiring 12+ hours of fuel.

Using 11.26 the problem does not exist.
