ILS Runway Misalignment AIRAC 1605?

I am new to XPlane. Is it possible that updating the Navdata will affect runway alignment? I updated to Navdata 1605 with Navigraph, now it seems that my ILS approaches are all off target, always ending up on edge of runway and coming in on an angle. Could it be something else not related to the navdata update? Thanks for any help you could give me.

Hm, well with the way you describe it (that you noticed the issue right after the Navigraph update) it definitely sounds like it could be the problem. If you have any plugins you might try moving the plugin folder to the desktop temporarily to see if that fixes it.
