Interior lighting, landing lights, wing lights, logo lights, etc., were working in previous x-plane, 11.25 & 11.30. Not in 11.31.

Any thoughts?

Also, aviation flashlight has gone grey and cannot be utilised.

Default 737, Zibo 738, 752 Professional from Flight Factor  are the aircraft I've tried so far.

Thanks

Check your Graphics settings and make sure that visual effects are set to High (HDR).

Hi Stuart

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, running X-Plane 11.31.

In the ZIBO 737-800X (if this is what you are referring to i.e. ZIBO 738?) there are switches in the upper panel for logo lights, wing lights, position strobe lights, wheel well lights, anti-collision lights, runway turn off and taxi lights. There are also interior flood lighting rheostat switches.

All of these switches can be found in the standard X-Plane 737-800 as well, but the exterior lights just don't look very bright compared to the ZIBO mod version.

If this is not what you mean, please advise, as I assume we are talking about the same aircraft??

@Greengolfer15... A very proficient and technical answer indeed - but sadly misguided.

The clue was in the question... "Also, aviation flashlight has gone grey and cannot be utilised."

That means that he has set his Graphics > Visual Effects settings at Medium or less and, without HDR, he is not going to see any lights.

The initial reply still stands.

Sorry about that Davco, I'm still learning myself lol

Initially I just picked up on :- "Interior lighting, landing lights, wing lights, logo lights, etc., were working in previous x-plane, 11.25 & 11.30. Not in 11.31. I hadn't considered that the lights simply weren't bright enough in 11.31!

I've tested this myself tonight and see what you mean so thanks for the feedback :-)

They say you should learn something every day, and it seems that I've learnt two things today, thanks again.

Regards
