Just bought X-Plane 11, received a product key, downloaded an installer, but right after starting the installer a permanent message: Couldn't connect to the server. Contact the technical support.

What to do?

Hi evgeny sokolov,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Have you disabled your antivirus software?  Because you are having troubles connecting to the server suggests you have not disabled the software.

Have you logged in as "Administrator"?
