Why does my X plane 11 not work?

Hello everybody,

When I try to open my X plane11 then comes a black screen that disappears shortly and then comes back then it closes the application and he opens X plane again but it comes again a black screen and then closes the application completely. There is no error message and nothing just a black screen and the game does not open.

I hope somebody can help me.

I am not from Laminar Research, just a flight simmer from downunder.

More detail is required so that those with a greater knowledge base than me can attempt to try and answer or solve your problem.

What version of X-Plane are you trying to run?  Is it the official and current version of X-Plane from Laminar Research or the independent 3rd party hybrid version called steam?  Steam is not the same as the Laminar Research version.  Steam does not mix with the official version from Laminar.  Laminar does not market steam.  

If you are running steam you should post your question on a steam forum.  This site is not a steam forum site although some steam flight simmers do get an answer.

What operating system are you running?

What are the full specifications of your system?  Is it a PC or a Laptop?

Finally attach the log.txt file as well.  This file is generated immediately after you shut down or your system crashes.  It can be found in the "root" directory of X-Plane
