I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.
I also have an earlier version of the product but it is not installed as yet.

In viewing the home page have you participated in the free 5 day training course as yet? Have you viewed the promotional videos as yet? Have you viewed the forum as yet? Have you installed the product key(s) correctly?
From memory my understanding is you need to install the product independently along with other software that has to be loaded into X-Plane. In other words the 2 part installation is telling the other where it resides. I cannot confirm this statement as my flight sim system is in storage at present.
If you are still having troubles and as this is a 3rd party add-on product I suggest you start by making contact with the developers. The contact details are shown on their home page. I am sure Jeff Preston will be able to assist. With the contacts I have had with him I am sure he is only too willing to help.
