Bad Frames/Stutters Latest Version Tied to Reflection Slider?

Hi everyone,

I have the latest version installed, but I get terrible stutters/frames upon startup in any aircraft at any location.  I can fix the problem by moving the REFLECTIONS slider in either direction once, but this didn't happen before.  I do have some plugins such as Rendering Options, and X-vision, but they both worked fine in the previous version too, so I don't know if this is on my end or in the update itself.

Has anyone else come across this problem yet?

Depends what platform your using. I probably wouldn't be able to answer this as my computer has 4K graphics.
