How to add a game checklist for the 737-800?

Hi, I was just now looking threw the menu bar in X-Plane 11.  I found this one thing labeled checklists I clicked on it and found later that I had no checklists.  I don't even now how to make a checklist for the game.  Does any one know how to add a check list to XP11?  (I want one for the 737-800)

I use  Xchecklist. This plugin is versatile and contains lists for various aircraft.

Thanks they look good but does it make the copilot talk?  When I herd about this checklist thing they said the copilot would talk.  Does this checklist make the copilot talk?
