Frame Glitch once-a-second.

I bought and installed the latest version of X-Plane (V11) yesterday. When running the sim there is a frame glitch once every second of time. I have set the sim settings to the least amount of all visuals, but that does not affect the frame glitch.

Please attach your log.txt file to ascertain a possible cause of your problem.
