Weird glitch/problem when ever I start a flight

Hello, every time I start a new flight even in flight school after it loads finish it shows a grey screen and there's a very very loud engine sound which only after 2 seconds it then stops, I have seen some people experience this issue but was unable to find a solution on it. Has anyone had any experience on it or is it a known issue?

I'm not from Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but it would be very difficult to determine the cause of this problem remotely without further information?

A couple of questions therefore:-

1. Is this issue something that has only just started or has it always done that when starting a new flight?

2. Did you make any changes to settings, software or hardware before the problem started?

3. In any event, it would be best if you could upload your X-Plane 11 Log.txt folder to your original Q&A forum post, so that others with more knowledge than I can make an assessment as required.
