I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK.

Please be advised that if you have purchased a valid copy of X-Plane 11 directly from LR's website i.e. a digital download and haven't yet received the product key, then you should refer to the following website: https://www.x-plane.com/support/key-recovery/

If you purchased your copy of X-Plane 11 from any other third party supplier i.e. Steam, you should refer your question to them and not LR.
