aircraft settings screen pop-up, TCAS

Question

I continuallt get this box showing up and cannot figure out where to correct these settings. If I click on the upper right and aircraft, I cannot find the Aircraft & Situations dialog that would allow me to change the settings for my TCAS

The mesage means that your are flying without other AI planes. Unfortunately I do not know how to fix it.
