ATC not working correctly

Question

ATC does not show up as written message even though i have that on in the setting and when it speaks it is very broken and can not understand anything. Yet when I reply to ATC it is clear and good yet still no message of the text at the top

I get that to the ATC so is all messed up and is unreadable but when you click readback transmission its clear
