Could it be possible to get an ATC com like the one on x plane V9.70

Question

I have X-Plane 11.20 love it but one crucial thing is missing and it would be the ATC  that is not so good on the other hand have a look at the one on V9.70 you will see a high difference.

I am flying today on the v9.70 for old time sake

WE ALL WANT AN ATC THAT DOES AT LEAST THE BASICS IN XPLANE 11!!!!    OMG why did they toss out something that mostly worked in 9.7 for something that doesn't work at all in 11.  Or go back 12 long years (that's like 600 years in computer time) and FSX had really good ATC.
