Why crash every time when i fly with one hour or two hours

Hi.
I have very problem with my sim Xplane 11 on steam. When i play this game and i takeoff on my plane when my plane fly to 1 hours or 30 min and this crahs every time every day and Idont know why crahs my pc ? windows 10 ? im have core ios 5 6k, Gtx 1060 3gb (Evage) and 16gb ram ddr4 hyperX
i have like 7 on my plugins mod.

PLS sometime help me it fix problem because I so close i gave up this game.

What can i do it?
