Does anybody know of a dataref that indicates a crash? Currently I'm only aware of the dialog box in the UI window, but I'd like to be informed about a plane crash via some UDP dataref.

Unfortunately I could not find any that is directly indicating a crash.

Is there maybe a combination of dataref's which can be combined to reliably detect a plane crash?

Thanks,

Felix

The dataref is "sim/flightmodel2/misc/has_crashed".

Hey disc,

thanks a lot. It works, although I couldn't find it in the docs.

How do you know of it?

It's neither mentioned in Resources > Plugins > datarefs.txt nor can it befound here https://www.siminnovations.com/xplane/dataref/index.php

Thanks a lot!
