missing ILS at 2 airports

Question

For some reason my Xplane 11 now shows no ILS in my instructor map (IOS) for 2 airports in the Seattle area.

KPAE Paine Field Everett WA

KTIW Tacoma industrial Tacoma WA

why?

KPAE only has ILS for 16R

KTIW only has ILS for 17

Do you see either of these?

In Map mode (m) is the Disable downwind ILSes checked?
