X plane 11 crashed at startup

Question

Since yesterday, when I launch X plane 11, 2 secondes after, it says me "X plane 11 has stopped working". I tried to restart my computer, it doesn't change anything. I deleted the game, then I re-downloaded it and the same message appear. Can you help me please because X plane 11 is my favourite game...

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK.

In order to try and establish why your copy of X-Plane 11 'stops working' whilst launching, it might be worth uploading a copy of your X-Plane 11 Log.txt file to this post, so that I and others with a great knowledge base can review it.
