I'm having background noise from the launch of X-Plane. How can I get rid of the white noise?

I hear white noise from the moment X-Plane loads. I have had this issue since the update of v11.30. I can not find anything that is making this noise and have uninstalled all add-ons.

I get this too.

Try using the headphone socket on the front of your pc if you have one.

I use a sound mixer for other apps so have to use the line out on the rear panel. If you are like this, then try to tidy cables so that you dont mix power and audio cables side by side.
I feel sure it is graphics card frequencies, so the only other thing to do is invest in high quality screened cable particularly near the pc
