Quick Look is not working.

I have XPlane 10 installed and I can't seem to get Quick Look to work.  I go to a 3d cockpit, find a view that I want, press control and one of the keys on the keypad.  Then when I change the view and try to go back to the view I tried to save I get nothing.  The view doesn't change at all.  The instructions for this are pretty simple, yet I can't get it to work.  Can anyone give some advice?  Thanks.

Forgive checking the obvious... Num Lock?

Assuming this answer worked for Crashola, I would like some help on my issue. First, Num Lock is definitely OK. I can create QUick Looks on  0, 1,2,3,4,5   but NOT 6,7,8,9.  Very confusing.  I have fooled around with Keys in Joystick & Equipment and suspect that somehow I created a situation that took those numbers out of circulation. But, if so, I don't know how to rectify this situation. Please advise with some ideas how to reset these keys.

Well, writing out that question stimulated something and I was able to resolve the issue. It involved going back into the Keys tab and resetting the keys that would not work. How they became missing, I don't know but it is always nice learning something new about how x-plane works.
