Where is my order that was placed on 8/25/2019 for X Plane 11 and has been deducted from bank?

I placed an order for X Plane 11 on 8/25/19 and have not received it. The payment has been taken from my bank.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from down under.

Please be more specific on what you purchased and where from.
