Can someone pls help myJrollon CRJ Cabin Door Issues

Question

So when I go to open the cabin door, It flickers and glitches out and then when I let go it slams close. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or is there a switch or something in the plane I have to turn on to get it to open? Ive been looking for a fix for a while now but I cant find one. If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would love to hear it. Thanks!

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK.

Personally I have never flown the JRollon CRJ200 (which I guess is the aircraft you are referring to?), but I have been able to download the CRJ200 manual to read through.

The only instructions regarding both the secure cockpit door or the main passenger entry/exit door, are as per the following photos.

Hey thanks for getting back to me! I really appreciate your answer. I think it might be a bug or something because sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I think I may have to open the Flight Deck door first in order to open the door but I'm not sure. I'm gonna play around with it a little more. Thanks!
