I downloaded the gnsx30.zip, the Garmin 530, How do I go about installing it in planemaker so I can add it to my panel>

I have extracted the zip file and there are 4 files inside, gns500waas.dll, gnsx30.ini, releasenotes.txt and win.xpl, where do the files need to reside or install so the Garmin 530 will show up in planemaker so I can add it to my panel?
