I have purchase X-Plane few months back, now when loading it only loads demo...why?

I was doing upgrades on video cards and it has been maybe two months since trying to load X-Plane, now you loads the demo or asks for product key...which purchasing online I do not have one. Please help with any solutions thanks

If you purchased X-Plane digital download edition from X-Plane.com, your product key is in your purchase confirmation email. If you have the DVDs, you will need to fly with DVD 1 in the drive.

If you have lost your product key information, please email [email protected] and provide the email address you used to make your purchase so they can look it up in their records.
