Serial number not recognized.

Question

Last fall I bought X-Plane 10. Every now and then it asks for the serial code on start-up, displaying a window with the serial code already filled in. I click on 'unlock x-plane' and everything is ok. Since a few days, however, the code is not filled in, and when  I fill it in manually it is not recognized, so that I can only run the demo. What could be the matter? Do I have to re-install X-Plane?  My PC runs on Windows 10.

Hi Dirk,

If your code is not being recognized, it could have gotten locked. Please contact [email protected] and provide them with ONLY the last 8 digits of your product key. They can look it up and help you get flying again.
