How I can rename the airplane folder

Question

I have my Xplane 10 from steam and I have buy Boeing 777 extend edition and It crash all the time ( I have an MAC OS ) , I had investigated an the solution is to change folder X-Plane 10/Aircraft/Heavy Metal/Boeing757v121 to this: X-Plane 10/Aircraft/B757 cessna729. ( this is an example.)

I need to know how to make this change of name in the folder  .

I don't know if the Steam version locks folder name editing, but if you had the version available from X-Plane.com, you could go to the aircraft folder, then click on the folder you want to edit. Hit enter and change the name.
