Just looked at their web site (down left hand site). They are offering X-plane 10 at a reduced rate. This may be due to an old version whereby you would upgrade to the latest version through the X-plane web site.
I don't live in the UK, some 11,000 kms away downunder, but I have purchased Panel Builder from them some time back.
