Qualification to get of X-Plane 11 free, or even pay for it.

I am extremely annoyed a perturbed to find out that unless I buy 'yet another copy' (of the Digital Download Version) which will be my third purchase (of this same software) as I had any number of issues with X-Plane 10 - between versions 10.1 - 10.30 - which with respect were not sorted out by the support department - hence my purchase of the digital version, and you had to send me the digital download installer/updater as the normal one wouldn't work.

I now find I will NOT qualify for X-Plane 11 free, and may have to fork out for the full version of this latest version - which quite frankly is wrong, and a rip-off. 

I have been a dedicated follower for many years, and have purchased the updated versions on most occasions- but this proposal in relation to X-Plane 11 is outrageous, rediculous, and nothing short of unfair. You might as well slap your dedicated followers/supporters in the face.

I REALLY HOPE THAT THE X-PLANE DEVELOPERS AND SALES TEAM RE-CONSIDER AND RE-EVALUATE THIS OR THESE PROPOSALS, OR YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF SUPPORT AND USER'S - THIS IS AN INSULT.

I have a similar question and concern.  I wonder why there isn't going to be a discount or special pricing for owners of X-plane 10?  Seems kind of a rip off to me.

I'm sorry to hear you feel this is a rip off. Please understand you do NOT need to purchase v10 again.

Just like in the past, there is no "upgrade" from V10 to V11. You can buy the special Combo Package that we are offering now - a Digital License and Serial Number to X-Plane 10 that will also unlock X-Plane 11 (for free) or you can buy V11 outright when it is released. In either case, the price is the same, $60.00. Order either one at x-plane.com.

We do not offer the Heinz Complete Package at X-Plane.com, so you must have purchased somewhere else. (Probably X-Plane.org, which has no affiliation with Laminar Research.)
