Slow and repeat errors during download

Hi Support Team,

Download speed from Highwind CDN is very slow at 1 KBps. I'm in Thailand which is has direct underwater cable link to Singapore where CDN claims to have server located in. Also, I keep getting error 2:503 all the times. My connection is not a problem, download Speed test show 66 MBps to speedtest server in Singapore.

Seriously, you should have highlighted all these download issue in the purchase confirmation page before charging me. I very disappointed and would like to ask if you could help?

I will try again for a few more days.If it still doesnt work, I will have to file for a refund.

Please give it some time and try again. We do recommend that you start with a small amount of scenery at first so you can get started as quickly as possible. If it continues to not work please contact customer support at [email protected] to inquire about a return.

Thanks for the reply. I selected only one tickbox of scenery already. Still download speed is very slow and error 2:503 keep coming back. Attached is the log file

Same here in Sydney Australia - download speed = 25 KILOBITS / sec [:o

I'm just loading the minimum scenery for Australia = 8Gb ...

That is going to take 85 hours = 3 1/2 days !

What can I do to make this a bit faster (we have a 30Mbps service here).
