3d will not go "up" on two different controllers

Question

I have purchased another controller.  On each controller after I click on the 3d button on top to get it working, the view moves left or right or down okay with the 3d butoon.  But the view will not move up unless I first go left or right with the 3d button.

I'll need more information before I can try to help more with this. What controllers are you using? Are you using them with X-Plane for desktops or the mobile app?
