Gear noise when taxiing

Question

Hi. when I taxi my plane, 90% of the time the gear does an annoying "drifting" noise. Does it happen with everyone or am I not taxiing the way it should be done?

Does it sound like the tires are "squeaking" on the pavement. if so, this happens to me as well. Never noticed it with prior X-Plane versions. If you are taxiing at around 1000rpm in the 172 this certainly does not occur in real life.

This has happened to me, but for specific reasons. If you press the brake in default aircraft while taxiing, or attempt to turn too sharply, it will play the "skid/screech" type audio for the tires. Even so, I understand it does not sound terribly realistic. :)
