How much for X-Plane only on Hawaii?

Hello,

I am a Helicopter CFI, and I arrived in Hawaii two weeks ago to get my Instrument Rating and become CFII. I would like to have x-plane to train on the IFR flying, in order to prepare my exams. I wonder if it would reduce the cost if I could get only the Hawaii area covered, rather than the whole world.

Hi Christine,

X-Plane 10 is available on regional DVDs that only cover certain portions of the world's scenery. Europe and North America are available, but I don't think the NA version includes Hawaii (just the continent). I think your best bet would be to purchase the full Global edition to access the scenery you need.
